Happy Monday Friends!

Even though summer doesn't officially start until another month, summer weather is in full swing here in the Carolinas. This past weekend we've been hit with high 80's to 90-degree weather and I'm kinda terrified to see what it's going to be like when summer officially gets here.

To help beat the summer heat, clothing pieces that are light and flowy are go-to's for me. As much as we all know I love a good dress, rompers are my second favorite clothing piece. Rompers are great because it still has the same idea of an all in one outfit like a dress but I don't have to worry about flashing the whole world when the wind comes through. When I first saw this romper I immediately thought of Memorial Day and the Fourth of July. Even though I kept things pretty simple with a blue and white color pallet, you could totally make this romper super festive with a red bandana in tied in your hair and some fun accessories.

I always like to have some type of layering piece with me when the sun does go down or if I ever go inside with the AC cranked up. I have been really into the look of denim jackets lately, but until I finally find one I really like I'll stick with subbing in a chambray top instead.

On that note, let me know down below where your favorite place to get denim jackets are! Let me know down below! I hope you all are having a wonderful day and as always, thank you for reading!
