Happy Monday Friends!
I hope all of you had a wonderful weekend! My friends and I discovered a new park in Uptown Charlotte (where these photos were taken) this past weekend! We've spent most of the weekend playing around on the soccer field and on the basketball court at the park. Fun fact, my dad is super into basketball and use to play around with some friends in my hometown. I may be biased, but my dad was a pretty great basketball player in my eyes and was the one who taught me how to shoot. Yesterday I actually shot my first 3-pointer (twice) and wished I had gotten it on camera to show him!
Okay, enough about me getting excited about shooting my first 3-pointer, on to today's outfit post!
A fun trend that has been going around this season has been two-piece matching sets. I have loved the look of this trend since it came out and have yet to find a matching set that I liked on me until I stumbled upon this little number! My favorite part about two-piece sets is that not only do they look super cute together, you can obviously mix and match the items with other pieces in your wardrobe. Be on the look out for these pieces to make a reappearance and restyled on the blog! I wish I had gotten photos of the back of this top because it has such a fun open back detailing.
