Is it me or is this dress giving off total Coachella vibes? I feel like I need to head to a music festival asap and dance away to some great music! Well... maybe not in this dress. That might not be super practical.

Happy Wednesday friends!

I'll be the first to admit that this outfit is waaay outside of my comfort zone. I always love experimenting with fashion and different trends so I'd thought I'd share an outfit styling that's a tad different than my usual girly girl/preppy/feminine look. Being able to experiment with so many different types of trends and styles is one of the things I love so much about fashion. If I want to be a polished girly girl I can, and if I want to be a boho princess, I can... and today I want to be a boho princess.

I had mentioned in Monday's blog post that I'll be sharing a variety of looks from BooHoo over the next couple of posts. This is the second of the three and although it is outside of my comfort zone, I am loving how it turned out. I don't know why, but something about this dress just gives me total desert princess vibes. It may just be the pattern on this dress, the off the shoulder neckline, how flowy it is or a combination of all three.

I went on a mini-rant Insta Stories on my thoughts on off the shoulder pieces. Don't get me wrong, I think the look is super cute for spring/summer, but I just think they are a little unpractical. The good thing about this maxi is if you don't like the off the shoulder look or just want to switch it up, you can wear the dress on your shoulders and it'll look just as cute!

What do you think of the off the shoulder trend? Let me know in the comments down below! I hope you all are having a wonderful day and as always, thank you for reading!
