I hope you all are doing well! If you're a college student like me (or a blogger, or both!) then you spend a good amount of time staring at a screen. I get really bad headaches pretty frequently and I'm sure that most of it come from having my eyes strained from staring at a screen for long periods of time.

Happy Wednesday friends!

I have heard of special digital glasses that help reduce eye strain and have always wanted to try them out to see if they would help reduce my headaches. I was finally able to try out a pair of these fancy digital glasses for myself and am so excited to share with you all my thoughts on them!

I was able to test out the Blair glasses from Phonetic Eyewear. These glasses are super lightweight which I love! If you all don't know, I actually do own a pair of prescription glasses and I've had them since middle school! My normal glasses are great and all, but they are a bit heavy which is why I don't like wearing them all that often.

When wearing these glasses, you do get a slight yellow tint when you look at screens. After about an hour of wearing the glasses, I don't really notice the tint. I do have to advise if you are editing photos to take the glasses off because it may throw the colors off a bit! I also have to add that it may take a day to get used to the glasses. For me, the first day of wearing the glasses I started to feel a little dizzy if I wore them and walked around or wore them for too long. After a day of breaking them in, they were fine.

As far as if these glasses reduces eye strain or headaches... I haven't noticed a huge decrease in my headaches, but I do feel like they do help with looking a screen less harsh on my eyes. I also love wearing these glasses for style purposes (I am a style blogger after all, hah!).

Overall I think these are a great pair of digital glasses if you're looking for some to help reduce some strain on your eyes. If you are wanting to try these out, I am hosting a giveaway on my Instagram for one lucky winner to win their own pair of glasses! Be sure to head over to my Instagram to enter the giveaway, it ends April 12th!

What do you all think about these glasses? Do you have something similar? Would you try them? Let me know in the comments down below! I hope you all have a wonderful day, and as always thank you for reading!
