It’s that time of year again… Back to school season. It’s so weird being in the middle of back to school season and not going back to school myself. This will be the first time in 17 years (WUT) I’m not heading to Wal-Mart scouting out the best notebooks for class or mentally preparing myself for the endless hours of staring into a textbook. Such a weird thing.

Happy Monday friends!

It’s crazy to think that so far I’ve spent most of my life furthering my education and now that I’m in the “real world” I’m kind of in the stage of “what do I do with my hands?!” Post Grad life is weird. You are no longer 5 minutes away from all of your friends and everyone is out chasing their dreams while you’re trying to find your own place in this world.

Katie of Chic in Carolina and I shot this look at Davidson College last month and I thought the location was appropriate since this look gave me major schoolgirl uniform vibes. Heck, if you want to kick it up a notch you can even trade out the purse with a mini backpack that’s been super trendy as of late!

Walking around Davidson College just made me realize how much I’m going to miss school. Yes, the endless nights of staying up until the wee hours of the night studying for the last minute exam or writing countless papers were miserable, but I think that’s what made me bond with my fellow classmates so much. I’ve been really thinking long and hard about whether I want to go back to school just to pick up another major or even consider going to grad school. Crazy huh? I guess I'm just so used to going to school that I just can’t get away from it.

I know this post is all over the place, and I hope I’m the only recent post grad feeling so many feels about back to school season since I’m not actually going back to school. Let me know down below how you adjust to post grad life because 3 months later and I still can’t get the hang of it. I hope you all are doing well and as always, thank you for reading!
